Boasting a flat platform on new Silent-Block mounts and a 6-roller track undercarriage, Krypton offers class-beating comfort. The soft-edged, low profile cowl design allows for excellent all-round vision. A ground contact area of over 1.6 m² ensure superior flotation even in the worst conditions and on steep gradients.
The torque and power curves of the extremely compact FARMotion engine are tailored specifically for agriculture. Superlative specific consumption figures make these engines extraordinarily economical to run. With innovative, advanced features such as 2000 bar common rail fuel injection and a viscostatic fan, the Krypton 115 attains compliance with Stage III B emissions standards with nothing more than a maintenance-free DOC catalytic converter. FARMotion engines also deliver class-beating performance: the unit powering the Frutteto 115 produces an impressive 113 HP at just 2200 rpm.

Two transmission variants are offered, with 12+12 or 16+16 speeds. On both variants, a synchronised reverse shuttle ensures rapid, seamless direction inversion. These crawler tractors boast formidable features such as: a 13" clutch, a heavy duty transmission with separate oil radiator, specific steering clutches and wet disc brakes. The result is a machine capable of working precisely and safety in the very worst conditions imaginable. The hydraulically assisted brakes and clutches are engaged progressively and independently for each individual track from a pair of ergonomic levers on the dashboard.

With dual (50 + 25 l/min) pumps and auxiliary distributors available in 6 or 10-way configurations, the hydraulic system of the Krypton 115 is potent, capable and reliable. The independent pump for the steering clutches ensures impeccably smooth manoeuvring at even the lowest engine speeds. The 2-speed PTO (540 + 540 ECO) lets the driver optimise power delivery for power-hungry or lightweight implements. The PTO comes with an interchangeable splined shaft as standard, while a 1000 rpm speed mode is available as an option.

The driver zone is designed to offer levels of comfort comparable to a wheeled tractor. The platform is isolated effectively from powertrain and chassis vibration by 4 Silent-Block mounts. Mechanically sprung seat suspension is offered as standard, while an air sprung system is available as an option. The optional lubricated track chains offered not only minimise power absorption and wear but also significantly reduce noise. The controls are organised by function and laid out ergonomically around the driver. The anti-glare screen of the instrument panel is clearly legible in all lighting conditions.
